Screws into base one of our Clear Spiral Filtration System. Retain the adapter if it becomes free during the change and reapply.

The Multi Spiral Filter should be replaced every 9 - 12 months. For 1 to 3 person households, 12 months is typically sufficient, however in very hard water areas we would suggest once every 10 months.

When unscrewing the silver base, make sure to do this over the sink to avoid spillage. Then unscrew the filter cartridge and replace with the new one. Make sure to press firmly down as you screw the filter in to connect the thread properly.
